Mental Health Week
Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 18-24 May 2020, and this year’s theme is kindness. The week aims to raise awareness and to promote the message of good mental health for all. Kindness and mental health are deeply connected. At this difficult time, we want to celebrate the many examples of exceptional kindness we are seeing across our country. At Delta we define kindness as: “doing something towards yourself and others, motivated by genuine desire to make a positive difference”.
